and I don't know why. It worked originally but now it just surges for a second or two and then drops. The Speedo pops up to 3 mph and then falls back down. I doulble check the park brake, clutch and shifter and it still fails to go. Sometimes it starts when I make the first button push instead of the second.

Any ideas on what to investigate? Please respond.
