Ok driving my way out tonight and before i leave i decide to put my PPE economy tuner on level three wich is 120hp only 90 at the wheels i believe. But on my way back home i pull at a 4 way stop. So im like alright we are goin to see what this level three can so. So i gun it and notice my boost guage hits 30-31!!!! Is this correct?? Before ive only been on stage 2 and hitting around 25 ish and i was amazed to see 30. Thanks guys!

30-32 psi is fine.

icic, i guess the thing i didnt realize is that when i change stages it changes the boost pressure also, thats what i was confused about, but i guess it would make sense since im producing more hp, more torque so therefore you need more pressure to get all the extra power moving.

More fuel will just make more black smoke and higher EGT's without more boost.

Running level 4 I never see 30psi.

See thats what i thought, i didnt think it would change the boost, but...Well i took it out again tonight, and sure enough thats what read on my gauge 30psi for the 2nd time. Im confused about this reading???????? But i guess its really nothing to worry much about

ppe probably adjusts boost along with fuel. you can only make so much power on fuel only before your egt's will be out of control. the lly has vvt which is conputer controled and fairly easy to change.
