I just did my first analysis. Truck had 21,000 miles when i bought it a few months ago. 25,433 when I dropped the oil for analysis. about 4K on this sample. I had the dealer change all the fluids and filters before delivery. I am not sure what type oil they put in, this is why I changed it myself after only 4K. I am not sure what values I should be seeing for the analysis. Can anyone take a look and explain? how does everything look? I am now using Mobil 1 15-40 and Mobil 1 Filter. I hope you can see my receipt. Thanks, Mike

The oxide and nitrate tests are apparently tricky and specifict tests that most companies don't do. AMSOIL has a contract with Oil Analyzers to do them so you will see results here IF you are using AMSOIL lubes. Other brands of oil won't be tested.
TBN is total base number which indicated acid fighting abilities. Once it reached 2, it's time to change.
F-soot is a specific test for soot. The %soot/solids is the test for gas engines, but is included. The F-soot is just more specific and you want this less than 2%. less then 1% is basically nothing.
Lastly the change -YES was a box checked on the form when the oil was sent in that the oil was changed when the sample was taken, although in this case it was ok to go longer.
