I Have not posted here much for I am a Dodge Owner.We do have a 03 LB7.RUMOR has that the New Tuner will have a Defeat circuit for the EGR. WE are awaiting a Part Number ,The Target Date Is 12/16/2004, We all have heard that before!!!!!!.

Banks defeating emissions equipment? Yeah right. I'll believe it when I see it.

Banks cannot openly market a product that defeats emissions controls.

I called banks one time about their stuff for the Ford 460 and asked what kind of power they got without the Cat installed and I thought they were going to hang up on me for even asking. I got the That is Illegal speach and that they don't even test that kind of thing becaue its Illegal.

I doubt that Banks would ever defeat a smog control device, on a production product.

I have no doubt that they probably could scare us with products if they would release products that did defeat or modify the output of these devices.

Like I said it"s ONLY A RUMOR. I don"t think it defeats Emissions just the the Circuit.I will believe it when I see it also.

Banks smanks man get tired of the run around. Especially when they give untruthful answers and rumors. And they try to push a sale of other components with the promise of The whole Six Gun Bundle and Etc. Well let's have a Vote and send it to them. And see how they respond to a group answer then. :)

):h Yea, intersting rumor. I know they will not do it. Too many legal issues. I know. At best, they would not admit tweeking the signals from the EGR/MAF.
