i saw a ford f 350 forsale today. i think it was in the late 1990's. it was an f 350 powerstroke diesel crew cab long box. i think it had like 200,000 something miles on it. it looks to be in good shape. he said he wants arond 11 grand for it, do yall think its worth it

Welcome to the site.Around here 11g's is about the going price for a 96-97. But is it worth it? Only you can answer that question. I have not driven it, looked at it, know any history on it, etc.etc.

I just bought my 96 F350 XLT Regular Cab with 8' plow 99K for $11,200 in CT. Clean looking. I was told anything below 280K should be good, the weak area at the higher mileage is the trans.

I love this truck and have already added some of the goodies. Good Luck.

I'd think by 200K miles most trucks have already had a tranny replaced.
