Trying checking what's available in the repository there's probably something there that has enough fuel in the tune that will make it smoke a lot

I haven't seen anything from GUY that isn't a piece or ART. It seems like everything that comes from his facility is one off and perfect.

I've got a tune that smokes and drains your rail down quick, but I wouldn't run it much at all. I made it when I was learning, and I jacked up the tables quite a bit. It's been a while since I've run it, but I don't remember it being super fast. I'll post it in the tune library.

Couldn't post this in the library for some reason, so here it is.

Ya that tune i posted on there smokes but i dont think it smokes like you want it to, i meant smokes at WOT a little. You can increase pulse width which should make her smoke, i've messed around to about a 20% increase across the fuel table but you run into a crappy idle situation, when your at the lights, it bounces like its a cam'd up 350...haha. I guess my question would be, how much fuel can you add before you run into a problem with cylinder wall wash, or egt problems?

So why not just ramp up the entire table BUT your idle section?

As far as washdown.... Ive heard its pretty damn hard with stock injectors installed.

Stupid newbie question... Where is the "tune library"?

That is true, thats what ive done on the tune i'm running now, I've increased the pulse width above where it idles so that when you get on her harder the pulse width increase, and using tables b1115 and b1102 cammanded more fuel aswell. its hard for me to explain cause i'm still really new at programming, there are a few guys on here that really know there stuff, i've spent quite some time reading on here...haha. EFI live is more of an alchemy than a science... sorry i cant be of more help i'm sure someone here will tune in and explain this. I've done lots of reading on it and still dont fully understand how the tables b1115,b1102,and b0720 interact.

Thats a good read thanks, clears a few things up, maybe tomorrow i'll make some more modifications to my tune. I'm slowly getting the hang of building tunes i just wish more people would post up there tunes in the tune library, for others to look through. There still is alot i need to look into before i'll feel more confident in my programming, does anyone have a post on how the lbz motor works and how these deisel engines work. I think i would understand better about the timing and boost/vane postition if i knew more about how the motor operates. (more of an advanced description, i know basically how a diesel motor operates)
