Ok folks. I want a nice set of Eagle Alloys for my Max. I was told that towing my G-neck would bust them out. Is this true? If so, why does Ford make fancy wheels. These 50,000 trucks have the ugliest wheels in the world.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

You want FORGED wheels, not cast. Casting is a much less expensive means of wheel manufacture. Forging is what makes them strong.

Weld and Alcoa are two companies off the top of my head.

Just saw your sig. You may want to think about going to 19.5"

I think Mac has 16" Ultra's... Check out his sig for pics.

I got a set of Micket Thompson Classic II for the wife's H2,

16.5X9.75 and they have a 3600# rating.

The 16X8 has a 3300# weight rating.

I got them for $110/ea.

I've got a set of Eagles on mine and are rated for 2700# per wheel, the same as Alcoa.
