How many mile warranty do they give you for new injectors?

2 day turn around just got the truck back. The dealership no hassle all 8 replaced. 200k on the warranty

At what mileage did your 1st set go and what is the build date on your truck?

I'm in the same club. I just got my 2002 3500 back today from having the third set of injectors installed. I was on the road in Salt Lake City and the guys at Larry H Miller Chevrolet turned it around in two days. Everything was covered under warranty and absolutely no hassle from the dealership. I was lucky that they had several sets of injectors in stock. My first set was replaced around 120K miles and this set was swapped out at 160K miles.

I have to question if the installers are cleaning up the injector lines properly in these multiple replacement cases. There's a lot of corrosion on the ends of the injector lines that is prone to fall directly into the injector fuel inlet. Also the insides of the line cups are full of corrosion debris that needs to be flushed. Even putting in new injectors they have to make sure they scotchbrite the ends of the lines, wash and blow clean before reinstalling them on new injectors. The guys getting them swapped more than 30 or so thousand miles apart probably just had repeat injector failure but the ones that fail quickly are suspect to installation procedures.

My mileage was 108k/136k, these new ones are supposed the good ones.
