I posted my new injector story here a couple weeks ago. Friday afternoon I get a check back from the Dealership that did the work for $100. All it said on the stub was "deductible refunded, GM paid". This is on an 03, not under the special extended injector warranty program. Kudos to GM, (now hope the figure out how to fix the defect) and double kudos to Karl Tyler Chevrolet in Missoula, Montana for not just pocketing it, I never would have known the difference. :ro) I was just happy it got promptly fixed.

That probably doesn't happen too often! What a pleasant surprise. . .

Very nice surprise... I think that they step up everyonce in a while and it is nice when they do... They need to get to work on this steering shaft issue now...

New steering shafts are on the way. My dealer just does not know for sure when they will get them. They said warranty would cover this also.

So Karl Tyler in Missoula is good? I tried to buy my last truck from them, but they didn't have what I wanted, and I didn't want to order one and miss out on the rebates.

Yeah, I think Karl Tyler is OK. They have treated me pretty well so far.
