I tried to search, but wont search the word "oil". Too short of word.

On my LLY the oil pressure seems low. What are you guys getting for oil pressure. I am sure mine is fine, but just asking to be safe.

A little under 60 when driving 25-30 at idle for me.

That's about right.

Depending on filter and oil viscosity, it may run a little lower or higher.

Right now with Baldwin filter and Delvac 1300 Super, my oil pressure hot is 65 psi at 1850 RPM's. The last oil change with the same brand of filter and oil was 60 psi.

My truck has shown low since new. I temporarily disconnected my bypass filter and put a gauge on the hose. Showed 15 to 20# higher. I will have the dealer replace the sending unit sometime when it is in for something more important.

Sounds about normal to me for my truck, too. . . I figure as long as there's pressure it's better than running it with no oil in it. . . ;)

Per the factory manual, minimum oil pressure: at hot idle is 14 psi and at 1800 rpm (hot) is 42 psi.

The LLY is running lower than the LB7 or it has a more accurate sending unit. My LLY runs at about 60 pounds cold and 30 when it is warmed up. My LB7 pegs the gauge when cold and runs 50 to 60 pounds warmed up. I don't know why there would be such a big difference.
