OK heres the story. We put a 5" down pipe back exhaust, boost gauge, pyro gauge, green keys & new rims & tires on a 07 classic lbz tonight. Started the truck a couple of times in the shop everything is A OK. Our buddy comes to pick up the truck, he starts and it gives a reduced engine power in the drivers display & when he hits the brake pedal the doom light goes on.:wtf: We didn't have a V2 down at the shop so I couldn't scan it for codes. I thought maybe the truck was missing the cat & popped codes like my LLY first did, but the pressing on the brake pedal & getting a doom light was just weird. Any ideas?

Didn't touch anything! It is like the brake pedal is connected directly to the doom light switch.

posessed truck!
May just be a coincidence. I would start with grounding.

I found the problem......there is a group of wires that run behide the pillar stock from the factory, power for the doom light, high mounted third brake light, etc. When I snapped the pillar back in place I pinch the feed that goes to the doom light with the feed that goes to the third brake light. They back feed on each other.
I'm a electrician by trade I should have known better!!!!
