No one that I have ever found make one. Give us a call and we can get you a four inch with 2 reducers to 3.5". This is the only way we have found to put aftermarket mufflers on. John

Brad, John has a fix, but I think I can get you a 3.5" aluminized...not sure yet if it is a direct fit though. Call me @ 704-791-0268. P.S. We are almost neighbors.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

I replaced my stock muff with a flowmaster 53553. Overall I'm pleased with the response and MPG. A little noisy at 2500 when the pilot injection kicks off. Direct replacement for the stock muffler and easy to do.
Since then I have looked for other 3.5 inch muffs. I find Jegs carries quite a few. Many of these are "race" mufflers. Jegs carries 3.5's, round or oval muff's from magnaflow, dynomax, flowmaster and borla. I am considering adding a a dynatech split-flow 5" round X 6", 3.5" in the straight section just behind the flange, to get rid of my 2500RPM noise.
Many of the vendors here offer replacement muffs as well, but I think most of these are 4".
Do a search at jegs, they have quite a few in the 3.5 size.....

Aero-Turbine, Magnaflow, and Flowmaster all make a 3.5" muffler. There may be more out there as well. I was in you situation and posted a couple questions but couldn't get much of a response. Most just run a true 4" complete system. I seriously considered the Aero-Turbine but decided to wait a while until I could find more info. PM me when you make your decision and let me know how you like it. Good Luck.

B-rad,
If you have an '05 you will have a cat. You can safely remove the
stock muffler and put in a piece of straight (well, slightly crooked)
of pipe and it will not be too loud! I guarantee it. The
cat will keep the noise level down. It will only be slightly
louder than stock, but sound great.
GO FOR IT! If you don't like it, just have a shop weld the stock
muffler back in,, what have you lost? Maybe 30, 40 bucks? I
doubt you'll want to change it back, though. . .

B-Rad...The lly seems to be quieter with the same performance exhaust w/o the converter....The only reason that I can think of is the turbo cuts down some of the noise...If you wanted to see how loud it is, unbolt the muffler tailpipe assembly at the 4 bolt flange and fire it up...(I wouldn't leave it this way of course, but it would give you an idea)

I agree, just removing the muffler and strait pipeing it will not make it loud. I could hardley tell any different in sound. The kitty is the culprit!
