I know when you install the Edge you need to tap the manifold.
But where is the best spot to do it so you can tap it pretty
easy? Anyone have a pic or a comment on how they did
theirs? Also where did you route the cable for it?

I don't know if the LLY is similar to the LB7 like I have, but mine is on the driver side. If you look above the shock mount, you can see the manifold. If you install it here, you won't have to take any plastic off. Just remember to make sure your truck is running when you drill and tap it.

i removed my pass side to do this, it was REALLY easy, hell it was
probably easier than taping it on the truck...... just remove the inner
fender turn the wheel and remove the studs or bolts (cant remember) the
only thing that was the slightest hang-up was some extra machine stock
on the outlet that will try to hang up as you slide it off, a straight
screwdriver will move it enough to get it off then once off grind it
down and installation is cake.......

if you dont take it off your LAZY its easier than it looks too so i recommend peace of mind and just remove it

Check the DIY section of this website and look for the "HOOT" method. It's all easily explained there.

Some have had problems with the search feature lately. Here's the hoot method. It doesn't get any easier.
