Are there any issues with the fuel cooler being obstructed but the tank?

As with any cooler, anything that blocks it OR the airflow to and/or from it, will greatly reduce it's efficiency. I have not seen a Titan tank installed, but I'm assuming from your post that it is pretty close to the stock cooler. As I found out recently the fuel in the system gets HOT and stays HOT, so cooling is definitely something you don't want to deminish. I would contact Mike L. and see if his cooler will work with the Titan tank. A few people have tested it with great results....

I have talked to Mike L. his cooler won't work with the after market tanks. From what I have seen of the after market tanks they all go around with cooler and obstruct air flow.
