Picked up my truck with the new flywheel and clutch pedal last Friday. Boy was that sweet driving that thing home with no rattle, growl or squeeky pedal. Well it lasted almost two days and the new pedal started to squeek and now one week later it squeeks worst than the old one. Did they really redesign the pedal? Any clue on the new part number.

I also had a new flywheel and clutch pedal assembly installed on November 12. The flywheel seems to be working fine. The clutch pedal began squeaking again on the second day, and is now as bad as ever. The part number for the pedal assembly is 15120866. Gearhead, is that the same part number they installed in your rig? Has anyone besides gearhead been satisfied with their new pedal assembly? Jared83 posted several months ago about machining a custom steel pin and bushings. Has anyone tried this? I would appreciate any comments or suggestions on getting rid of this annoyance.

They replaced my clutch pedal and flywheel back in August. The clutch pedal has been squeek free ever since. The flywheel has about 10,000 miles on it so far and no noise. Although with just a 70 hp upgrade (Quad), my clutch did let go and started to slip pulling a 12,000 lb load. I guess I'll be saving for a new solid flywheel and clutch.
