Do any of you know if the oem trailer light plug has a back up lite terminal in it. My boat trailer has a soloniod to release the brakes when backing.

Should be the center terminal.

Thanks Max but the adapter that I got seems to me does not have a terminal there, maybe I got wrong adapter?

went and looked and there is a center terminal but it looks different Is what threw me. Will do a test lite on it. Thanks man

Yes but does your plug have connectors for reverse(7). If you only have 4 connectors on the back of your round adaptor than you probably need a new adaptor.
