Recently my dash cluster quit working on my 03 Duramax, so instead of replacing it with a stock one, I purchased an after market one on ebay with blue face gauges. The unit was brand new with mileage and hours set at zero. The seller stated he could program the miles in for me, but I chose to wait until I could install it and have the miles match exactly. Well, now I've taken the unit to my local dealer to have the miles plugged in and they at first said they werent able to do it at all. Then they changed their minds and said they could, but when they plugged in 130XXX miles and installed it, it jumped to 250XXX miles. So they said we cant do it. Now I have no idea what to do or who to call to get this done.
