Toward the end of a 300 mile road trip after pulling away from a toll stop, the truck lost all power above 2000rpms!? Never had this happen. Only thing different is I am running level 4 instead of 3 because I found that the fuel knock is almost completely gone in level 4, so I started driving it around in four, but just don't hammer it like I did in level 3. Anyway, 2000rpms was hindering my ability to cruise the freeway at proper speed, so I pulled over, shut er down, restarted, and voila!, everything was fine!??? What happened?

Most likely you set a P1093 code. Do a search for "P1093" and you will get the picture.

that is called "limp Mode" and is common with the Edge and to get rid of it you do exactly what you did.. shut it off for a few minutes
