I am going to purchase a set of OEM fog lights/wiring and switch. Will I need to have my computer reprogrammed to make this all work. My truck did not come with them but it was a option.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif

i got the same kit for mine i installed it and thay didnt work so i thought i had to go to the dealer b&b in mesa and the tried to figure it out finnaly it was a bad ground mine didnt need flashed. once yoi tnstall the swich push the button if the light comes on ( on the switch not the fog light) then it dosent need flashed if it dosent then it will need to be. Where did you guys get the OEM fog lights? Do they just plug in un the dash and the front bumper or do you have to do the wiring?

I have heard from many on here that you do need to get the computer programed. I may be thinking of somthing else.

If you install the lights now you will have to take the truck in and have the computer updated or they will not work. Either do that or wire them to a different switch. Good luck
