any one have orange marker lights on the outside of their 06 camper mirrors? i would like to do this to mine. pics are appreciated

yeah i just picked up an 07 and was looking to dress it up a little. my cousin has lights on his mirrors and was wondering if anyone else had em.

I have heard (and dont shoot me) of some guys putting fords tow mirrors on the chevy (they came w/some lgiths.

I've though of trying this myself. Putting an orange LED light on the front side of the mirror toward the outer edge, going up & down longways. I had heard that the wiring is complicated inside the mirrors though. Don't know if its true or not, but I recall hearing that. Also, I don't have the guts right now to tear into a $300-400 mirror. :D

I put some on the outside of mine. It is the oval light light with chrome around it like you see on the big rigs. It has 8 leds in it. I have to say I really like them and think they look good. I would post pics but i dont have any with them on yet.
