Looks good. I'm planning on doing this soon while I can get some good pricing. Looks like a pretty straightforward install. I've done the work on my last three so it should be a breeze.

I'll let DmaxHawk respond on his method as seen in the pics. I tried an Aeroturbine muffler on my truck and we tore the old system out in one piece to do that. We ended up putting the front of the truck up about 4" on blocks under the tires and put the rear axle up on jack stands as high as we could go safely. No real issues taking it in and out. Probably should take in the 1-2 hr. range to do the install. I did one on my last Furd in and 1 hr. by myself, but the truck was on a lift.

Well i was able to take the stock system in one piece. I raised the rear of the truck with a 3-ton jack and some blocks, i raised the front/right of the truck about a foot or so and with that the stock just slid out.

Thanks DmaxHawk.

I was going to post a question about the install. Installing mine this weekend without a lift. Your pics should help.

My installation took an hour roughly. I used a sawzall to cut the hangers off lol. :D I only jacked up the rear passenger side about a foot. Overall I was pleased with how well the new exhaust went together.

I thought about getting this 409 MBRP catback system as well. How does it sound? Any louder than stock? Anybody have any sound clips?

It definitely has a deeper tone to it. When you throttle hard is when you will hear it scream. At idle it is just a little more throaty than stock. You can also hear the turbo whistle a bit more. I want mine to be a little louder so I am going to slap in the kitty delete pipe today.

I will try to record a sound clip for you before and after. That is if I can figure out how to upload it so you can hear it. If anyone has knowledge in that area I could email them the recordings.

Took me a little over 2.5 hours with just the RR tire up on one of my ramps. I cheated and cut the stock exhaust right behind the muffler.

I had to remove my rear Frederico sway bar to fit the exhaust. The right hand link was directly in line with where the tail pipe had to go. I'm not too happy about that.

Besides the sway bar issue it was an easy install.
