This subject has probably been covered, but a search didn't locate it.
I have an 04 2500HD shortbed crewcab LB7 and I want to use the high capacity truck pumps when I have my 5th wheel hooked up. I fuel up at Love's a lot and they seem to always be crowded. Not laid out very well for RV's either.
Best replacement?

You could try http://www.Transferflow.com (http://transferflow.com/html/gm_fillneck_kits.html) - they make a replacement
filler neck for pickup trucks. I have used them with another truck, and
it made a BIG difference.

dmaxer,
I went with the Transfer Flow fill neck for the same reason you are talking about. Very easy to install and works great. It took about an hour to install.

I bought and installed the Transfer Flow fill neck when I installed my larger tank. I have trouble filling at the full flow rate on both regular and large filler nozzles. Anyone else have this problem? I assume it has to do with how the vent hose is routed.

If you have transfer flow fillers, and a stock or diferent aftermarket
tank, the vent pipe may need to be tied well up into the bed. I had
problems with mine and was in Californiai at the time so I went to
Transfer Flow's factory to ask.. They told me to tie the vent much
higher, and have had no problem since then.

I struggled in a search to find it ,like you I can't wait for Nick to fix the performance of the forum.
This should help you decide in the Transfer fast fill is for you. It's a nice easy mod and works well.
