iv asked this before but hopin i might get a few more replies this time, as long as the dmax straight piped will match the straight piped loudness of my 6.5 ill be happy, the 6.5 isnt as loud as a cummins but goin through town you sure can hear it echoin off every building in townEdited by: chevy_9465

new dmax has a cat i think that quiets them down to much. i've got a 4 into 5 exhaust with muffler, i wanna lose the muffler i think the cat will keep it where i want for noise. if that doesn't work i'll gut the kitty.

i have 4 inch exhaust now but even with the 3 1/2 without a muffler it was a fair amount louder than my brothers 6.5.
