I am fixing to install the cognito leveling kit on my 2005 GMC and i can't seem to make my mind up on the size wheels and tires and wanted some opinions. There is one wheel i like that is 18x8.5 w/5.0 BS and if i go with this wheel i would want to run the 33x12.50 and the other wheel is a 17x9 w/4.65 BS and i would run the 295/70-17. I know there isn't much difference between the two except a little in width but i am afraid i would have to do to much trimming with the 33x12.50-18 what is everyones opinion and what would you do.

seems like everyone shys away from the 33x12.5 issue. I cant get an answer either or I would try to help a brotha

With a 33X12.50 and a leveling kit you will have to trim alot and it will still rub a little!

I'm running 285/70/17 on moto metals. My truck is leveled and i still rub. Inner fender.....I have quite a bit of "molding" to do. Don't know if this will help, but good luck.

It's because there's about 4 million threads on here about that and everyone's tired of replying.
Didn't think one more thread would hurt and so far it hasn't..............
