I had my truck in yesterday for a hydro boost recall its a 03 HD 4x4 2500 D/A anyone know what this is... From what I can tell they didn't touch anything. I was looking and could not find anything on this recall. Is is just for the 03's?

Right above the master cylinder there is a pressure relief valve. The recall has you inspect for numbers and paint marks and replace the valve if the correct numbers or paint marks aren't there.

My 03 had the same recall. They ended up replacing the master cylinder due to a leak THEY found. Had no brake probs to begin with, and have no brake probs now. Just glad they found the leak before I did. I was always curious if those paint marks all over everything meant anything specific.
