AC works great.

Shut truck down and walk into restaurant for about an hour. Come back out, start truck and no AC.

Defroster doesn't work.
AC doesn't work.

Seems to be the fan.


All fuses are good.

Any ideas?


2006 A/D

Re-checked all fuses. Found a bad 10 amp under hood. Replaced it, fan still did not run. Went to bed. Woke up and started truck to run errand, fan now runs like its brand new, the problem simply disappeared??????

Go figure.

Cant recall seeing the problem on a 2006, but may have a melted connector for the blower motor resistor that is located next to the fan. Should be something like 5-6 wires going to if I remember correctly
