New to this forum but have had the truck since new so, I have been thru the usual replacements of troublesome parts. I know it's not a miss persay but it acts like it when I accelerate hard however it doesn't do it if I apply steady pressure til I get up to speed. Runs fine otherwise. Looking for some ideas as to what could be causing this.

I would look at the fuel supply/ filter, The OPS and liftpump for opperation. Do you have pressure when you open the bleed on top of the filter at idle?

could be the pmd, mine does the same thing

Lift Pump and/or Oil Pressure Switch. It really sounds like fuel starvation.
