I need to remove the "B" post (between doors) interior trim panel, but don't want to damage it! I figured the people who have installed sound deadeners in their trucks could give me some advice on how to go about this.

Pull the sill plates out, then just pull the b pillar trim away from the b
pillar. Start at the top or bottom, just pull with firm, even pressure
instead or ripping it out and it should be fine. You may have clips
break or you may not, it's hit and miss. Around this time of year I
recommend you get it in side and warm, the plastic may break if you
pull it out in the cold.
