Got a 2006 LBZ. I know a few differences between them:
1. On the fly adjustment of 6 stages vs. 4 programs not on the fly
2. Turbo Timer on Juice w/ *** not on Evo
3. ???
The cost difference is like $260.00. Is it worth it? Why?
Thanks
I personally think the juice with attitude is worth the money. I just put one on my truck a week ago and am very pleased. This is my first durmax but my previous truck dodge cummins had the juice/attitude combo and never had problems. I am not a big fan of programmers/downloaders i guess due to trouble other dodge owners had and the way the edge goes on and off is just too easy. Also, the built in turbo timer is a plus, i had one in the shop to install but went this route instead and now have a timer to get rid of.

I like the juice w/ *** more than the evo but thinking of selling mine and getting a better programmer anyways or have a set of $800 gauges....all the features of the attitude are awesome love them but i want more power...getting my tranny done in a couple weeks then its PPE hot+2for me....if you dont care about a lot of power then it is an awesome chip....dont get me wrong this truck hauls ass and will beat quite a few other trucks around me and blows a decent amount of smoke but i always want more.....
Does the Juice/*** have the built in EGT gauge like the Evo does? Been thinking about selling mine and going with the J/A. I would really like the shift on the fly capability.

yes juice w/ *** has egt...and a lot of other things...I'm not sure what all the evo has but i know the attitude has a lot of gauges built into it....I love the monitoring and the alerts and backdown on it just wish it had more power...thats why i may end up keeping it and leaving it on stock or 1 and adding PPE to it or wait for EFI live

If you run the PPE Hot+2 and Edge together, make sure you run the PPE in the lower levels. I tried that combo and even with the Edge on stock it made the timing way too high. The Edge even in the stock setting has some timing added. I tried the PPE on 5 and the Edge on stock. It ran like a beast but no telling how long it would run that way.
