If you do a search, there are a couple of methods that work well. I chose to drill/tap my intake manifold. If you look on Kennedy's site (www.kennedydiesel.com (http://www.kennedydiesel.com)), there are some tips and pictures that really helped me.

Super Diesel Performance (a supporting vendor) . . .
LB7 SD Manifold
2001-2004 LB7 SD manifold for the Duramax. It replaces the upper I/C boot just before the engine intake manifold. This provides a means of running a boost sensor, water/meth nozzles or what ever you wish to plumb in with out the need of taping the engine manifold or I/C tube.

I started out having a plastic T in my wastegate hose and it gave a good reading but it wouldn't stay put when the enging boost got high, the tube would blow out. Ended up drilling and taping the passenger side intercooler air tube and no more problems. There are some pictures on this forum if you do a search.

Ditto on the Super Diesel manifold, it's very nice piece.
