Which one? What's going to make me happier? I just want a little extra horse for towing and better mpg's.

Thanks Justin

I know of several very happy Bully Dog users and have tested the new Bully Dog XXX version and see no drawbacks for what you want. One truck is a new 05 LLY. Said he gained over several miles a gallon. The Bully Dog XXX version I tested on level 4 is not for a stock transmission. The Bully Dog 90hp version is what you may need and is priced cheap for what you want.

For the record if price is not,a factor, I like the Edge/Attitude for the tranny protection it gives. I have that too.

However, hopefully you may find some one on this board that have used both boxes you list that could comment on the TTS.Edited by: gmccall

Although I don't have a LLY I have however tried out several different boxes before purchasing my TTS. IMO the TTS is great,I especially like it because you don't experience any timing rattle as with other programs. I know TTS is making a tow tune for the LLY but never road in one. I know some of the guys on here have it and I haven't heard anyone say anything bad about it. The only advantage of the edge is that it saves you from having to buy gauges. Yes it does offer transmission protection but if reads that your slipping your tranny it's already to late. But that's just my opinion.

I didnt think they had this tune out for the LLY ?? only for LB7, and the LLY had one tune above the 95hp if you paid extra, 120 HP, IIRC ?

Regarding the choice between the 2, thats a no-brainer - TTS all the way http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif, they only have a tow tune at the moment but its well worth it and has great power for a tow tuneEdited by: tbone1227

Jim, Can't offer any suggestions for you as, I have no experience with the VA box.
