Hypermax has them for the OBS trucks, as does Dieselsite, & GTS Motorsports has a kit to adapt a SD intercooler to OBS(old body style)

Judging from your sig you should not need a intercooler, unless pulling real heavy. You didn't list gages, do you have them? If so what EGT's do you run?

Yes i pull heavy (24000 gvw with 3/4 ton) and no i dont have guages although i should probably lucky i havent toasted my psd, i do turn my chip down when it is hotter than 80- 85 degrees outside.

Thanks for the info,

Luke

Look on TheDieselstop.com

They have bunch of used intercoolers..... If you find just a cooler you can make the pipe yourself. I had a Banks kit on my 96 and in all my papers that came with the Banks warranty crap was the installation of an intercooler instructions....where to cut the core support...how to run the pipe...blah blah blah....give me your e-mail and I can e-mail you all the paperwork I have for the install...

You could look for an early factory intercooler PSD ( not sure what year....) but that would be an ALMOST bolt on kit....That's what I'm going to try to dohttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

Luke considering the weight you are pulling please GET GAGES. They should have been the very first mod you did to the truck. The ambient air temp has very little to do with EGT's getting out of hand. If you have a automatic trans get a 25,000# GVW or larger trans cooler, trans temp, boost, and EGT gages. If you have a manual trans then you do not need to worry about the trans temp gage as much.
