Here We Go
Have some answers.... And some questions..... Finaly uploaded a copy to diablo of the program in truck!
they say ther is an exsisting program in the truck already.....??
who ever owned the truck apparently left it in......bought it from a dealer used 16,500...... The dealer here reflashed only fuel system apparently didn't under stand what i wanted....donkeys.... Now they say what i want them to do (reflash whole program ecm ) that there is a possibility that it will lock up and leave truck inoperable???? there best guess 50/50 .........
they want 900 scoots for a new ecm in case they do lock it up..
anyone have a spare or 1 for sale 2003 gmc 6.6 that i mayhave on hand just in case they fail...............?? other senario is i try and find ex owner and see if they still have the program they installed so we can return to stock that is like a trying to hit a running deer at 200 yds with a 12 gauge..........not gonna happen 1 in a million shot but im tryin. Are these stealers smokin crack or will it lock up................ Can i find a ecm for free........ Or for sale cheap........ Or will i get lucky and find previous owner...... Will he still have the program........ Aghhhhh................. Any thoughts or insights are more than welcome heard them bills beat the saints a few weeks ago ...wink
