Just recently bought a the new 2007.5 LMM truck, does anyone how to get more power without the dealers detecting that anything has been done to it?

Best advice is outa sight outa mind ;) If you use a add on box or a flash tunner and remove it before your dealer visit its about a 99% chance they wont find anything even if they start looking. If you pop your motor or something like that they may dig deeper but if you are carefull more than likely you will be fine.

Now there is the whole you play you pay. Learn about what is and isnt safe BEFORE you turn up the wick so you dont smoke something. Wouldnt be very nice to toast a trans and then take it into GM ;) Sometimes chip manufacturers literature and such isnt the best source for what isnt and is safe....but they are a good place to start. Another good place to start is here ;).

Dont run stupid high egts, dont run lotsa power and tow stuff on a stock trans, and dont turn the turbo way up past whats safe. Those are the basics. Biggest worry of hurting something is the trans. Lotsa topics on stuff like this all over here. Take a peak and if you have any specific questions after you have done some browsing ask away :D

Its not the best tuner out there. All have their plusses and minuses...Some are cheaper than others and some do more than just tune than others do. It all depends on what it is you plan on doing with your truck and how much power you want to put through it.

I am by no means an expert, the ppe tuner on my LMM is the first tuner I have ever owned and I have nothing to compare it too, but I really like it and it is straight forward to use and have not had one issue with it in over 2 months running level 1-4.
