Yeah, Interesting. What exactly are they trying to accomplish. I looks like a more complicated installation. More parts can also mean more headaches.

If the shocks have the same dampening valving, the upper one is doing all the work as it has less leverage. However the lower shock will have a faster action resulting in ...... a huge debate! http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif

I don't really see an advantage to it ,but lots of disadvantages.

One advantage to that set-up and any other cantilever shock setup is no need to worry about topping out shocks when your tbars are cranked...as the transfer rod has adjustable heims on the ends.

If it's set up correctly it has advantages, if not it's a look good type of part.
