It's a SPA, in a cup, mounted to the A-pillar with an L-bracket

Come'on now Micheal what's the third gauge in that Pod? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

Mine => Ultra-Lite (http://www.pbase.com/mackin/image/14429937)

There's more on my sight.I have since opted for a European lamp which has brightened up the gauges at night,I thought they were a bit dim. Makes for the Analog gauges to be read quite easily.

You caught me http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif.................

Actually I just never removed it like the White Booty on the Flasher button. It is part of the protective coverings out of the factory that is supposed to be removed prior to delivery.

When I spec out a truck I don't want the dealer prepping the vehicle before delivery,I do it myself.

Check the DIY section. Hoot has a nice write up on EGT gauge install for you members.

Boost gauge on a LLY ,your going to have to drill and tap or weld a bung in the intercooler tubes some where.

Are you using that Trans gauge at the top of the cluster to monitor transfer case temps? I see lots of gauges, and read about a lot of 4x launches, but don't see much talk about transfer case temps.

Anyone seen the new Nexus line from Autometer?

http://www.autometer.com/

Here's the info I got from them on these gauges:

The Nexus gauge series is currently scheduled for a January release. As
we get closer to then, the release date will become more firm. Please
feel free to check back with me via email for updates.

As for pricing, the individual gauges with senders will sell for
approximately $199-249.00 each. The Sensor Module and Remote is sold as
a kit for approximately $199. This is required for Nexus gauge
operation.

The initial lineup is for the following 7 gauges:

6455: Water Temp (100-260)
6459: Boost/Vac (30 In. Hg. / 30 PSI)
6445: EGT (0-2,000)
6453: Oil Pressure (0-100 PSI)
6456: Oil Temperature (140-300)
6474: Nitrous Pressure (0-1600)
6463: Fuel Pressure (100 PSI)
6400: Sensor Module + Remote Control

We have tentative plans to offer additional instruments, but these will
be finalized and announced in the coming months. The first of which
will likely be a tachometer to be available in the early Spring of 2005.

Sincerely,
Marc Erickson

Its actually being used to monitor sump temp in the transmission pan.........I know it is a redundant gauge but at the time that's what I purchased.....

Since it was only 27 degrees outside when I snapped the photo I don't see it moving much these days.........

I'm sure they will expand the line. Seems like they always do
that. Come out with a limited number of gauges, then add more
later.
