Anyone have a spray in liner done on the NBS HD's? What to do with the plastic plugs in the side of the bed? spray over take and try to put back?

I had my plugs removed before the Rhino was sprayed in because my salesman told me I could get tiedown hooks that fit in those holes. As it turns out the parts manager can't find any such tiedown hooks for those holes and members of this forum tell me those holes are for mounting the GM Cargo Management System. After seeing some pictures on the Chevy WEB site of the Cargo Mgmt. Sys. I am sure they are right. When I was at the dealer earlier this week I had them give me the plugs back. I don't know yet if I will try to put them back in the holes or if they will even fit back into the holes due to the added thickness of the holes with the liner material. I did find that on a recent fishing trip the holes make a good place to hook a bungie when strapping stuff down in the bed. I wish I had left the plugs in up front near the cab because my crossover tool box covers them anyway.
Guess I will have to invent my own tiedown hooks that fit in those holes, sell them on Ebay and become a millionaire. :D

if you are going to get the cargo sytem remove them. If not leave them in before getting the bedliner.

YZ,
How do you like the Line-x in color? What was the $.? I was quoted 650 over the rail.

after 10 months it still looks like it was sprayed yesterday! $650 is cheap for Xtra in color!! We charge $775. Also with Xtra the surface is more of a sealed painted surface that does not collect the dirt like a standard spray on bedliner will. Dirt works it way into the tiny little pores on the surface, and since few people like to get soaked when washing the truck the dirt forms a film that is hard to remove. The only way is to get a high powered pressure washer and sweep the bed 1-2 inches up! Wear a bathing suit! Here is a Stealth Grey and Gold for reference. - B
