In my attempt to get that monochrome silver front end, I invested in some silver-mirrored amber turn bulbs and parking lights from; www.visionbulbs.com (http://www.visionbulbs.com) out of Canada.

So here is the front with factory amber bulbs:

And now with the Vision silver bulbs:

I like this look much better http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif. As for light output, the silver coating cuts around 30-40%. The Left side of picture has factory bulbs and the right are the new bulbs:

And here with the same bulbs off.

The bulbs cost $25 for the turn signal and $15 for the parking lights. Hey, it's only money http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif.

That is a cool setup but if I spend anymore $$$ on toys right now they'll be a special set of ornaments on the Christmas tree this year via the missus. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif
