you know the big ole plastic baffle or whatever that says 6.6 turbo diesel...if i took that off and plugged the hole..what would happen? Is there any other ways to modify the intake besides cuttin the air box open more?

Not much of anything would happen. Done it. If it increases the turbo whistle, it's hardly noticable.

Mines capped, no noticable differance
