Ever since I lifted my truck, my torsion bar crossmember has been taking some punishment. It's normally the only thing that hits the rocks and what not when offroading. I've been wanting the Realift T-Bar relocators for a while, and finally got them. Here's some pics:
Before with the T-bars hanging down:

Afterwords....just the procomp braces hanging down:

Picture of them installed:

Picture of the transmission crossmember. I had to drop it down with 3 grade 8 washers to clear the tbars. I was hoping not to, but I guess because the ProComp is a full drop, I had to do something:

And a last one of my Amp Research boards since I've never posted one:

It may be in my head, but the ride with the Realifts is a bit better. I had it cranked about 1.5" before, and the new Realifts are indexed for 2" of lift. I now have both bolts almost all the way out, and I'm at the same height. The keys are pretty much resting on the stop, so since they aren't loaded as much, it seems softer. Might be in my head though. :D
Next plans are to attempt to move up the subframe supports. I'm hoping to at least move them to the top of the transmission crossmember, but I may have to move some of the exhaust. Long term plan is to make a totally new crossmember that will fit above the frame rails. I'll be testing out the new ground clearance on Sept15th at Rausch Creek Offroad park.
