I have the PPE Hot Excelerator and I just started getting an error mesage while trying to install it. Ive had this unit for probably about a year and a half and have had no problems. I recently did swap out my stock radio and was wondering if this is what it is causing it. Ive been reading that you should take out a few fuses but didnt want to start pulling stuff out of the truck. I thought I should get some advice from you guys before I just start removing things. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem with mine when I installed a aftermarket radio put the stock radio back in and it worked fine good luck

Everything is fine now. It ended up working today for some reason. At first I thought it was the Z2 that I put in it about 2 months ago but when I tried to download it again it didnt give me a error message and downloaded successfully. We'll see, hopefully it doesnt happen again.
