Lotsa stuff to take off. yea there is a bunch of stuff to remove on the chevy's kinda a pita but well worth it. it's not really designed to gain HP, that's just a perk. it's more designed to assist the cooling in higher HP trucks and towing applications. The main reason for it is to lower egts and engine temps. From what i can remember it was usually somewhere around 100-150 degree difference in egt's. we've installed them on the ford chevy and dodge's and they always fit great, and the quality is unsurpassed. | ||
