Hello everyone I have an 02 Chevy stock with 81000 miles, that is a week out of the chevy dealer for new injectors. Truck ran fine for that week but in the past day or two when I put it under a load (up a hill) I seem to loose all power. I just replaced the fuel and air filter with no help. Just wondered if anyone else had seem that problem.

would it go over 2k rpms? they do have a limp mode,and guess what! its 2k rpms! were you empty,or pullin a load.empty 6% grade is not much of a load on your truck.

When it hits 2000 rpms it just falls flat on its face, i have no load on it just empty up a hill

fuel filter needs replacing. my brother had the same problem when he bought his truck. the person before him must not have changed it ever.

I've had that happen to me, it takes forever to get up to 65mph, but it used to happen when I was pulling a trailer my truck would go into a limp mode.

Are you experiencing a drop in mpg or a rough idle or notice that the engine noise has gotten louder, because I've had those symptoms for a while and it eventually led to bad injectors.
Some dealerships when they install the new injectors they don't have a diesel specialist on hand so it might not be don't right the first time

Hey Guys just wanted to let you know that I found that my rubber fuel line comming off of the fuel filter was pinched shut. I guess that when the injector job was done the hose was run a different way than factory or the new hose was cut too long. Never saw anyone post about this problem....keep it in mind.
