I have a 05 2500hd and want to know what model of allison trans I have, or the internal filter and pan gasket p/n need to do trans service thanks.

Not sure on the part #'s, but you have a 5 speed Allison 1000. It is a very common trans in more than just our trucks. Any part store should have the items in stock, especially if you give them your truck info. It is a diesel right??? 8.1's also used the Alli, but not all 2500's did.
