I have a 2004 GMC 1500 5.3 with the Hyperpac programmer. I use the recommended tuning settings. This weekend I hauled a construction trailer about 400 miles. When I used the tow/haul button with my Hyperpac my transmission was everything but smooth. Does anyone know if you use your tow/haul control if it override the Hyperpac? Should I have set my settings to stock and then used the tow/haul control? . Any help would be much appreciated.

The tow/haul button only adjust trans shit points and pressures. It has nothing to do with engine performance or the Hyperpac. I believe the trans setting the Hperpac can adjusts are the normal one, not tow/haul.
