I've been hanging around here for only a short month or so and have seen quite a few mentions of a number of brands of HiPo equipment/tuners but have not seen any mention of the installation of Banks aftermarket Duramax HiPo equipment/tuners. Is their stuff any good?

It depends on who you ask.
I have banks items on 2 of my trucks and have never had any problems with them.
I have not seen any banks items for the LMM yet, but that is only me.

Banks=over priced stuff!
Thats a nice way to put it. They charge so much for there product to help pay for all the advertising against Edge and other companys.

I personally go with banks over anything else had it in all my trucks so far and loved it. unlike other tuners that come out to the market the first week a new truck is released, banks takes longer to make sure it will work on your truck not brake it but that's just me.

No offence to Banks or anyone that uses them but EFI Live will eat Banks lunch :eek: :D any day any where and has great customer support which a lot other companys don't provide.

PPE is another very good one.

ya but the only problem with efi live is that not everyone can program very good banks stuff is really good but it does have alot of safe guards on it that is why you never here of a banks product tearing up a truck alot

You also dont here about them tearing up trucks because they dont have the power capable to tear anything up. At least they can take the lead in advertising.
