Does anybody know of a behind the seat sub box that will hold two 10's for the lmm crew cab? or something similar?

Do you want to go sealed or ported? What kind of 10's are you trying to fit back there? I had to have mine built and there were only a few speakers to choose from that had the correct air space.

I'm open to whatever hits hard and clear, I'm not into the "boomy" bass. I had one 10" mtx in a ported box that went under my back seat in my ex cab and i liked it so i figured two in a crew would be better. I just don't want to lose the storage area when my seats are folded up for trips.

I was also looking at this if I can't find a dual setup for the back, maybe on in the back with this would sound good. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_stealthbox_detail.php?fit_id=1559

There is no room to put a set of 10's behind the backseat. It is not deep (wide)enough even at it lowest point. I had 2 10's behind my 05 back seat but they now are under the seat with the amps and junk behind the seat.

There is a picture of my box in my garage. I wish they would have fit behind the seat, my wife would have never known otherwise.

I'm the same way on the boom. Go by any mobile one or some sort of stereo shop and have them look at your space. I went with a sealed box and it is a real clean sound. My subs are boston acoustic c2's I think. I'll have to check when I get home.. It still hits hard, but it doesn't blow you out of your seat. I'm trying to think were their going to put your amps though. Your back seats are different than mine on how they fold. They put my amps under my back seats and I didn't loose any storage area....

Are you going to change out all your mids and highs also? I did, and man you can turn it up as loud as you want and its crystal clear. A huge improvement over factory..

Supercrewsound.com has some good boxes. You can get them for just one under the seat or two but that gets rid of the whole storage area. That and they will match the carpet color for a little extra $. I just got a JL 10w3v2 for my 03 and it sounds great.

km2066dmax i will later but right now i just want to get some more bass and go ahead and put the amp in then i'll swap out all of the speakers after a couple of other things i want goes in. A local shop has some I'm going to look at thay are made out of some kind of plastic, Pro something. They look good and looks like I could put stuff on them without crushing them.

I just picked up my crew cab LMM last week and the dealers audio guy installed the stealth box under the center console. All I can say is Awesome! Its not the equivalent of two 10's but it truly woke up the factory bose system. I stood there with him while he did the install and got to see the entire front of the truck taken apart (he installed a factory nav unit as well). We debated on where to mount the amp, and decided on the back wall of the cab behind the drivers side back seat. I did not want to give up any storage space since I work out of my truck and this worked out great. I am out of town right now but I can post some pictures if anyone would like to see them next week. I forgot to take my camera to photograph the entire install. The sub sounds great. Only problem with mounting under the center console is you dont want to throw change in the cupholders, it will bounce out!
