Before you tell me to change my filters it ain't it! http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

All idle problems that I can tell but I have to believe it may be NOW effecting performance. Hard to tell when you have the power turned up.

First if it isn't rapp'in it has a stumbling Rhythmic shake idle at times it will or has a fluctuating idle that will lurch you forward abruptly to if you let off the brake it is like cruise control. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif This is no joke I have learned to not hug anyones bumper at a stop as it could suck.

My question is what effects idle Injectors or the FRPCV more? When it's Rapp'in it is idling semi smooth. When it isn't there will be a horrible idle as I describe. Is there a good and bad FRPCV part number? I wouldn't want to be stuck with a earlier FRPCV,weak spring.

My injectors are on order.

Sometimes when the batteries get older the volts can drop and "confuse" the computer. Everytime it runs it has to relearn how to run from the default settings. Had this happen to a number of pieces of equipment. Don't know if you have changed batteries yet but being a 01 it could be due. Just a thought.

Mac,

When my injectors were crapping out at idle I had the bad shake for a minute or two. It would smooth out, but not always. As a matter of fact on occasion I still have the weird idle when stopped, but my injectors are still in great shape with 9k on them now. So I'm thinking my pump may not be putting out the proper pressures but I doubt that my Predator will tell me so and no codes
