My LLY is in the shop at this second and they say it has the latest info in the computer and no re-flash is needed. It has never been in the shop sense it was new and the build date is 6/04. Is this possibly correct and it does not need a re-flash????

it could be possible that it was built with the latest calibrations, then realized that some built prior to a certain date didnt have that update and put out the re-flash to fix some of the problems - not sure about that exactly but it does make sense

It might not need the flash if it is not displaying any of the symptoms it is intended to fix. I know the flash has only been out since about Sept. so your truck does not have all the current programming. Mine had the flash and has been running great ever since.

The calibration #'s that are specific to the reflash are 15245551 and 15245558. They should be able to tell if you have these with a Tech 2 and a TIS2000 terminal.
