Thanks so much. Did you notice difference in egts or performance with this setup.

I had contemplated cutting flange off stock pipes and welding on to both sides of cat and making it easily removed. But i would have to make a straight pipe with flanges. At Least installing for inspection would be easier than changing out downpipe.

No it seems to run good. I see you have the Edge/Attitude how is that hold up with the lly. I'm thinking about getting one but don't know if it will hurt the truck I need to be running for the winter can't afford it to brake down.

I bought the truck, end of march. My warranty will expire in 900 miles or in next two weeks. I have had the juice/attitude since beta version (beta tester). I drive this truck hard and long and only problems i have had to date have been axle seal leak and contaminated fuel. There are more options available now in the tuner market. juice/attitude is one of the most expensive. I like the safety features built in the j/a and have never limped the tranny, I will probably get something like Diablo Predator to correct my speedometer and remove speed and rev limitor. Also can read and reset codes. Check some of the threads on this forum and you can get some good feedback on probably all the systems.

Like you i cant have my truck breaking down. So the first things i installed were all durability issue upgrades. Make sure all your lubricated systems have the best oil available ie. engine, tranny, differentials, transfer case. Install pre-oem fuel filter then look to adding power. As soon as you add power, your egt will dictate the need for free flowing exhaust and free flowing intake.

This forum has been my diesel library and has saved me money and headaches.
